The common belief that anyone who can hold a video camera can be a “detective” is absolutely false. Mass production investigative companies tend to hire inexperienced personnel to conduct YOUR investigations and keep their profit margins as their sole focus.

SLC Security Services is staffed only by highly experienced professional who hold professional licenses in their respective states and maintain the most up-to-date training available. In addition to being licensed private investigators, our team consists of; licensed Technical Counter Surveillance Measures (TSCM) experts; expert divers; FAA licensed pilots, certified firearms instructors and emergency medical technicians (EMT). These additional certifications allow us to offer more to our clients than most any other investigative firm within the United States.

When we conduct an investigation, we begin by conducting a full, national background check on our target to verify that the information received is the most current. An extensive internet search using non-public software is used to search for criminal records, civil records, property ownership, voter registration and more.

When we begin our ground operations (surveillance), we normally use 2 investigators to maximize our video potential and to maintain constant visual contact with the target. Employing this method also greatly reduces losing our subject in traffic situations. While our investigators are on surveillance, our office staff continuously monitors Internet activity pertaining to our target. This includes periodic checks of popular social networking sites and verifying appointments via telephone calls.

Our Investigators are also equipped with mobile Internet capabilities (where available) so that our clients can receive photographic images from the field for proper target identification. Short video clips are also emailed upon request.

Although we use several investigators to work our client’s cases, we do not mark up our prices. We feel that by providing a work product that is beyond standard, we will continue to earn business. You may ask, “how do you profit while using multiple investigators but not charging for it?” The answer is two-fold. As previously stated, quality, not profit is what motivates us. Second, SLC operates our company without debt. Working from a debt free environment means that we work for ourselves, not a creditor.
